Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused item in its original SUNLU packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location for inspection at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
